Chris is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has brokered in excess of $300 million worth of real estate transactions, equating to over 4 million square feet of retail, industrial, and office space. Chris is also a developer of over 300,000 square feet of commercial real estate. As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Chris has experience in tenant and landlord representation for several Fortune 500 companies.
