Emma Diaz serves as Vice President of LOCATE Commercial Real Estate offering an extensive background in real estate marketing and asset exposure. Emma offers a full range of brokerage services including but not limited to; tenant/landlord representation, agency leasing, site selection, acquisition/disposition, and market analysis. Prior to joining LOCATE Commercial Real Estate, Emma lead all marketing initiatives at Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors. Responsibilities included; managing and coordinating all listings for exposure and accuracy, curating custom site surveys, proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, etc. and negotiating all vendor contracts.
